Why FrostyPup exists
FrostyPup started after one summer in Texas where every "cooling mat for dogs" we ordered online took 18 to 26 days to arrive. By the time the box landed, the heat wave was already over.
Hot states are not edge cases. About a third of all U.S. dogs live in a state where pavement temperature exceeds 130 degrees for at least one week between June and August. That's hot enough to burn a paw pad in seven seconds. The right gear isn't optional, it's safety equipment.
What we do differently
- Stock everything in U.S. warehouses. Our entire catalog ships from a domestic facility in 1 to 5 business days. No 3-week China waits.
- Vet our suppliers ourselves. Every product is ordered, opened, and tested by a real dog before it hits the catalog. If the cooling fails, the gel leaks, or the bandana frays at the seam, it doesn't make it on the site.
- Refresh-or-refund, no questions. If your dog doesn't use it, the cooling falls short, or the size is wrong, email us within 30 days and we refund you. Keep the product.
