Shipping policy

All FrostyPup orders ship from a U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery time

Standard transit is 1 to 5 business days depending on your destination state. You will receive an email with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $49.
  • $4.95 flat rate on orders below $49 within the contiguous U.S.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to the email used at checkout. If you don't see it within 24 hours of placing the order, please check your spam folder or email hello@frostypup.com.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before drop-off). After 24 hours, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to investigate or send a replacement.

International shipping

We don't ship outside the U.S. yet. To be notified when we open Canada, the U.K., or Australia, drop your email in the footer signup.

Address changes

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. If you spot an error within an hour of placing the order, email hello@frostypup.com and we'll do our best to update before dispatch.
