Shipping & delivery

How fast does it actually ship?
We ship from a U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders before 2 PM ET ship same-day; otherwise next business day. Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We focused on U.S. fulfillment to keep delivery fast. Drop your email in the footer to be notified when we open Canada, the U.K., or Australia.

Cooling products

Will the cooling mat really cool down my dog?
Yes. Pressure-activated gel drops surface temperature about 15 degrees F within seconds of your dog lying down. It works for 2-3 hours of active use; lift it for 15-20 minutes between sessions. No water, no fridge.

Can I freeze the cooling mat for extra cooling?
No. The gel is engineered to work at room temperature. Freezing forces the gel structure into a solid, ruins the activation, and voids the warranty.

What's the difference between the bandana and the vest?
The bandana cools the neck (carotid pulse) for 2+ hours — best for short walks and at-home use. The vest cools the chest and torso (denser blood-flow area) for 2-3 hours and is built for hikes, long walks, and working sessions.

How long does the cooling mat last?
With normal use, 1-2 summers. Heavy chewers will get less. Store flat between seasons; avoid sharp folds that crack the gel core.

Are the products tested for cats?
Several are: the cooling mat (S size), insulated bowl (20 oz), lick mat (standard), and AirTag holder all work for cats. The cooling vest and bandanas are dog-only.

Are the gels safe?
All cooling gels in our products are food-grade and non-toxic. The mats and bandanas are leak-tested. Vest inserts are removable for wash and freeze cycles.
