Refund policy

30-day refresh-or-refund guarantee

If a FrostyPup product doesn't perform as advertised — the cooling mat doesn't cool, the bandana doesn't fit, the bowl arrives damaged — email hello@frostypup.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the full purchase price.

You don't need to ship the product back. We don't restock returned items, so it goes to waste either way. Better that it stays with you (or your local rescue).

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@frostypup.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We'll respond within one business day with a refund confirmation.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear in 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If a product arrives damaged, please include a photo when you email us. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the full purchase price — your choice.

Wrong size?

For sizing issues on bandanas, vests, or apparel, email us with your dog's measurements and we'll either send the correct size at no extra charge (if available) or refund the difference and let you keep both items.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear after extended use, damage from chewing or rough handling beyond reasonable use, and items that are clearly not in original condition due to misuse.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product (different size, different color, or different SKU), email us. We'll refund the original order and send a discount code for the new item to keep things simple.
